A range of quality-of-life improvements are also apparently coming to Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak with Free Title Update 2, including increased loadout shortcuts and the ability to lock armor sets to ensure that they're not accidentally sold. Capcom has also teased a new type of monster called the "Powered-Up Monsters," though no exact details have been given just yet. It's already been confirmed that Flaming Espinas is headed to Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak with the next Free Title Update, along with more Rare Species variants. If the update follows the same trend as its predecessor, it could bring a handful of new monsters along with some quests, and possibly even a new feature similar to the first update's Quirious Crafting. The next Free Title Update for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is slated for "late September," so it seems pretty likely that's what Capcom is revealing at the Tokyo Game Show 2022.
